My story is about proving that transformation changes everything.
I used to think fitness was separate from everything else—just another thing on the to-do list. But when I committed to real change, everything shifted. My energy. My confidence. The way I showed up for the people I love.
That's what I help my clients discover. Not just a better physique, but a better version of themselves. And it starts with deciding you're worth the effort.
Humble Beginnings as a Sparky
For most of my life, I worked with my hands, wiring homes, troubleshooting circuits, solving problems in high-vis and steel-caps. I was good at it. But something was missing.
I wanted more than just a career change, but a complete shift in how I lived. I wanted to build something meaningful—I wanted to impact the world through the things I held close to my heart.
I made the leap from tradesman to calisthenics coach. I swapped my hard tools for training tools, and paychecks for purpose. It was the best decision I'd ever made.
It wasn't easy, but the one thing I've learned is that it's never too late to start over.
Father of Two
These two are my everything. My motivation. My "why" through the hard times.
Coaching isn't just what I do, it's how I provide for them, how I show them what dedication looks like, and how I'm building a life where I can be present for every moment that matters.
Every client I transform, every life I help change, brings me closer to the father—and man—I want to be for them. They remind me daily why I made the leap, and why I'll never look back.
Unstoppable, Unbreakable
In a sport dominated by younger athletes, I've proven that age isn't a limit. It's fuel.
At 38, I'm one of the few holding elite level skills that separate the good from the great. Maltese, planche, straight arm touch. I've mastered the statics that break most people.
I'm well known in the Australian calisthenics scene as one of the strongest in my age bracket. At 38, there's nobody my age who comes close to the level of strength I've built. And here's the truth: I'm stronger now than I've ever been.
If you think your best years are behind you, I'm here to prove otherwise.
