My calisthenics coaching mission

I started calisthenics in 2017, at 30, at a time when quality information on calisthenics training was scarce.

After years of trial and error, I've gathered a goldmine of training knowledge you can't get anywhere else.

Results-driven coaching

I'm not here to tell you the same vague training advice that you've heard enough of.

I'm here to share with you the exact process I've used to attain advanced calisthenics skills such as planche and handstand pushups, and how I've managed injuries throughout my calisthenics career to stay in the game for as long as I have.

Years of growth and experience

Every year since 2017 I've kept getting stronger, and I'm the strongest and healthiest I've ever been, in my late 30s. I've seen so many athletes come and go, and it hurts me to see people leave the sport because of injury, lack of progress or no clear direction with their goals.

This isn't just coaching to me. It's my calling, and my way of paying it back to the sport that's shaped me into the man I am today.
