Terms of service

Who we are

This website is operated by RILEYSTATICS, run by Hayden Riley, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Contact: hayden@rileystatics.com. By using this site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell digital training guides (PDF downloads) and coaching services. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

Licence to use your guide

When you buy a guide you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute the guide, in whole or in part, or use it to coach other people commercially, without our written permission.

Health and safety

Handstands, handstand push-ups, planche work and other calisthenics skills are demanding and carry a genuine risk of injury. Our guides and coaching are general training information, not medical advice. See a doctor or qualified health professional before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have an injury or health condition. Stop if something hurts or feels wrong. You train at your own risk and, to the extent the law allows, RILEYSTATICS is not liable for injury arising from your use of our content.

Results

Progress depends on your starting point, consistency, recovery and other factors we can't control. We can't guarantee any particular result or timeframe.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, video, program design and branding, belongs to RILEYSTATICS or is used with permission. All rights are reserved.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the product or service, or refunding what you paid. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this site when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
